Community Bible Fellowships - Your Opportunity to Connect With God, With God's Word, and With God's people.                                                                     

Adult Ministry - Personal and spiritual growth is the focus of our adult ministries.  GodlyMan is our ministry for men.  Our ladies enjoy W.O.W. (Wonderful Opportunities for Women).  A special ministry seeking to encourage our older adults is called S.H.A.R.E.  Our Community Bible Fellowships and Life Skills ministries feature a number of Bible study opportunities for adults as well.

Children's Ministries - Our Mission is to reach children with the love of God, to teach them the Truth from His Word and show them how to have a personal relationship with Him through His Son, Jesus Christ, so they can choose to follow Him and allow Him to guide them in their everyday lives.    

Youth Ministry - The primary focus of River Cities Community Church Youth Group is not only to introduce teens to God and His Son, Jesus Christ, but to teach them how to have a personal relationship with Him.   We teach the importance of a daily relationship and show how to get to know God better through Bible reading and study, prayer, group worship, and Christian fun and fellowship.   

Worship Arts Ministry  - WAM seeks to empower, encourage and equip those whom God has gifted in the creative arts with the opportunity to serve God, the church, and the community and to develop into fully equipped, integrated, God-centered ministries. WAM welcomes, in fact encourages, new members to participate as an act of service and worship.

Life Skills Ministry -  Life often produces overwhelming challenges for which we are not prepared.  The Life Skills Ministry of River Cities desires to equip people to grow through life's challenges.  We approach problem solving      relying on the truth of Scripture and the empowerment of God's Holy Spirit. We seek to equip people through one-on-one mentoring and coaching, special need support groups, as well as classes on particular topics. 

Missions - The mission of River Cities Community Church is to help people discover the life-changing relationship of knowing and following Jesus Christ. One way we do this is by partnering with missionaries and organizations throughout West Virginia, the USA and all over the globe!

Outreach Ministry - One of our enduring values is Reaching Our World. We seek to reach OUR world locally through various creative means.  Our monthly servant evangelism is Kindness In Action (K.I.A.).  We seek to reach   our WORLD through the variety of missionaries we support.  Currently, our missions family is comprised of 10 home and 16 foreign missionaries.  Each year our teens and adults go on a mission trip.  We support a number of      college students that participate in various summer mission projects in the states as well as some foreign countries.

Cover to Cover - Everyone has an opinion about what God says. Cover-to-Cover lets Him speak for Himself!  This yearly trek through the Bible features daily reading to go through  the whole Bible in one year.  An added bonus is the weekly meeting on Monday nights to discuss what you have read with other people on the same Bible reading journey.

Upward of Huntington - Upward of Huntington- Upward is an evangelistic sports ministry specifically designed for kindergarten through eighth grade boys and girls that promotes salvation, character, and self esteem in every    child. Upward of Huntington Basketball and Cheerleading believes that “Every Child Is A Winner!”  Upward provides opportunities for all believers, no matter what denomination, to become meaningfully involved in the ministries of your church.  They will have the opportunity to pray for your program, coach a team, referee a game, share a devotion, and develop relationships in order to open avenues of ministry to the people of your community who will participate in your program.
